SDK licensing

The five foundation packages—types, core, Flutter, JSON and SVG—are available from pub.dev under Apache-2.0. They have no commercial package dependencies. Start with the free Flutter canvas.

UI and optional extension packages retain commercial licensing. Production use requires an Indie, Team or Enterprise license.

All public package listings point to this toolkit website for documentation and support. Commercial extensions depend on the foundations; the foundations do not depend on commercial extensions.

Team	Unlimited developers working on one named commercial application.
Enterprise	Negotiated application coverage, support and integration requirements.

Indie and Team include unlimited customers, end users and diagrams. See pricing for current annual prices. Contact is needed only for Enterprise. Standard purchases accept the commercial agreement during checkout; the purchase retains a permanent record of the accepted terms and named application.

Custom development and dedicated support arrangements are quoted separately.

Purchase Indie or Team from pricing. For Enterprise requirements, contact licensing@vyuh.tech. Your agreement records the developer scope, named application and support commitments.

Already-shipped application versions retain deployment rights after the subscription ends. New SDK development, updates and support require renewal. Private package access expires at the end of the verified paid period.

Changes to commercial SDK source require written authorization. This restriction does not apply to the Apache-2.0 foundation packages. Separately licensed third-party components retain their own terms.

Purchases and refunds

Paddle is our Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for purchases through Paddle. Paddle handles payment, applicable sales taxes, billing and refunds under the Paddle Buyer Terms. Vyuh Technologies Private Limited provides the SDK, license and product support.

All purchases through Paddle, including renewals and custom or enterprise purchases, qualify for a full refund when requested within 14 days, with no exceptions. No reason or prior support conversations are required. Your written commercial agreement cannot reduce this guarantee. See our Refund Policy, Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

After 14 days, discretionary refund requests are considered when multiple support conversations and reasonable attempts to help establish that the toolkit cannot meet your needs. These requests are reviewed individually and refunds are not guaranteed, without limiting the 14-day guarantee or statutory rights.
