Vyuh Diagram commercial agreement ​

This agreement is between Vyuh Technologies Private Limited and the customer identified at checkout. It covers the named application and the selected Indie or Team plan. Your purchase record stores the application, developer allocation, accepted terms and acceptance time. Payment and the verified paid period activate the commercial license; acceptance alone does not activate package access.

  1. The license covers one named commercial application, including its web, desktop and mobile editions, development, staging, production and customer deployments. Customers, end users and diagrams are unlimited; no runtime royalties apply.
  2. Indie covers one individual SDK developer. Team covers unlimited SDK developers working on the licensed application. Additional applications require additional licenses or an Enterprise agreement.
  3. The subscription provides access to the commercial Diagram packages and updates during the verified paid period. Support follows the purchased plan; Enterprise commitments are recorded separately.
  4. Already-shipped application versions may continue to operate and be deployed after the subscription ends. New SDK development, new SDK versions, updates and support require an active subscription. The package access token expires at the end of the verified paid period.
  5. The subscription renews annually until canceled through Paddle. Paddle confirms the price, taxes, billing period and payment methods at checkout. A 14-day refund guarantee applies as described in the refund policy.
  6. The license does not permit redistributing commercial SDK source or packages as a standalone toolkit, sublicensing the SDK, sharing registry credentials outside the licensed scope, or using the SDK in additional applications without coverage.

The Free foundation packages remain subject to their own package licenses. Enterprise purchases use their separately agreed commercial terms.
