Refund Policy

Vyuh Diagram is provided by Vyuh Technologies Private Limited. Paddle is our Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for purchases made through Paddle. You purchase from Paddle, which handles payment, applicable sales taxes, billing and refunds. Paddle purchases are also subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms.

14-day refund guarantee

You are entitled to a full refund when you request it within 14 days of your purchase or subscription renewal. This guarantee applies to all Vyuh Diagram purchases through Paddle, including standard plans and custom or enterprise purchases, with no exceptions.

No reason, prior support conversations or attempts to resolve an issue are required. Downloading, accessing or using the SDK does not remove this right. Your commercial agreement cannot reduce this 14-day guarantee.

Requesting a refund

Contact Paddle purchase support or email licensing@vyuh.tech within 14 days of the transaction. Include your purchase email and order reference, if available, so we can locate the payment. A reason is optional. Do not include payment-card details.

A request received within the 14-day period qualifies even if processing finishes later. Paddle processes the refund to the original payment method; the time it takes to appear depends on your payment provider.

Requests after 14 days

After 14 days, we consider discretionary refund requests when, after multiple support conversations and reasonable attempts to help, it is clear that our diagramming toolkit cannot meet your needs. Email licensing@vyuh.tech describing your unmet requirements and referring to your previous conversations with our team.

These requests are reviewed individually and refunds are not guaranteed. The Paddle Buyer Terms and applicable law continue to apply. This support-based review applies only to discretionary requests after 14 days; it does not limit your unconditional 14-day guarantee or any additional statutory refund rights.

Cancellation and access

Canceling a subscription stops its next renewal; it does not automatically refund a previous payment. Use the Paddle customer portal linked from your purchase confirmation to manage renewal.

When a payment is refunded, we will confirm the resulting changes to your license and package access. Any continuing use rights are governed by your written commercial agreement, without limiting the refund guarantee above.
