What your commercial license includes

Indie and Team cover one named commercial application and unlimited customers. Choose the developer coverage that fits your application.

  • One named commercial application, including its web, desktop and mobile editions, development and staging environments, and customer deployments.
  • Developer coverage: one individual developer with Indie, or unlimited employees and contractors with Team.
  • Unlimited customers, end users and diagrams within that application, with no runtime royalties.
  • Private package access and SDK updates during your paid subscription, plus documentation and integration examples.
  • Team technical email support and one onboarding call to help your team get started.

What’s in the SDK

  • Core diagram canvas for building interactive diagram experiences in Flutter.
  • Headless diagram management for working with diagrams independently of the user interface.
  • Core packages for diagram models, editing, layout and routing, history, and serialization.
  • Shapes library with flowchart symbols and table-bodied entities for class and ER diagrams.

You can build your own shapes, widgets and integrations through the public APIs; modifying SDK source requires written authorization. Your application code and diagram content remain yours.

Support you can plan around

Email licensing@vyuh.tech for installation help, documented API questions and SDK bug investigation.

Team includes technical email support and one onboarding call per subscription. Indie includes community support. Custom development, architecture consulting, dedicated support channels and contractual response guarantees are available through Enterprise. Updates are included during your paid term; check each package’s Flutter/Dart constraints and release notes before upgrading.

License questions, answered

Is there a developer limit?

Indie covers one individual developer. Team covers unlimited employees and contractors working on the licensed application.

What counts as one application?

One named software product with a defined purpose, whether it is used internally or sold to customers. Its platform editions and deployments belong to the same application. A separate product or a separately developed client application needs its own license. Tell us about white-label or OEM distribution so its scope can be confirmed in writing.

What happens when my team grows?

Move from Indie to Team when another developer joins. Team has no developer limit, and both plans allow unlimited customers. A separate application needs its own license; Enterprise covers tailored application and support requirements.

Who handles my purchase?

Paddle is our Merchant of Record and authorized reseller. You purchase from Paddle, which handles payment, applicable sales taxes, billing and refunds under the Paddle Buyer Terms. Vyuh Technologies Private Limited provides the SDK, license and product support.

How do renewal and cancellation work?

Standard plans are billed annually and renew automatically until canceled. Use the Paddle portal to manage renewal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not itself request a refund. Your paid-term benefits continue through the end of the current term.

Will my shipped application stop working if I don’t renew?

Already shipped application versions may continue operating under your written commercial agreement. An active subscription is required for new SDK development, updates and support. Rebuilding or maintaining an existing release after expiry must be covered explicitly in your agreement; continued deployment rights do not grant unrestricted new development rights.

Can we evaluate before purchasing?

Install the freely available foundation packages from pub.dev and follow the getting-started guide. These provide the core engine and Flutter canvas. Commercial toolkit packages require Indie, Team or an Enterprise agreement.

How do refunds work?

All Vyuh Diagram purchases through Paddle, including renewals and custom or enterprise purchases, qualify for a full refund if requested within 14 days, with no exceptions. No reason or prior support conversations are required, even if you have accessed or used the SDK. Contact Paddle purchase support or licensing@vyuh.tech. See our Refund Policy for details.

After 14 days, we consider discretionary refunds when multiple support conversations and reasonable attempts to help establish that the toolkit cannot meet your needs. These requests are reviewed individually and refunds are not guaranteed. This does not limit the unconditional 14-day guarantee or statutory rights.

The commercial agreement accepted during checkout records your application, plan, developer coverage and deployment rights. Its permanent record is available in your license account. Enterprise commitments are agreed separately.

What happens after payment?

  1. See your confirmation. Your order page shows payment status, your plan, application and next steps. Confirmation updates after Paddle verifies payment.
  2. Receive your commercial license. Your checkout agreement is recorded for the named application. After verified payment, your scoped package access is prepared and an activation email directs you to your license account.
  3. Install and start building. Your activation email explains how to access your packages. Follow the SDK licensing guide for setup.

A payment receipt alone does not grant production rights or package access. Keep your order reference for support.
